The short version: your timetable stays on your own device. We only keep what you choose to send us (like your name and phone number), a note of when a code was used, and simple visit counts. We never sell your data.
Who runs UniSchedule
UniSchedule is a small project run by Karar, a student in Preston, UK. It is not made by, linked to, or approved by the University of Lancashire (ULan). You can reach us on Instagram at tap to show.
Your timetable
When you load your timetable, it is read by your own web browser, using your own uni login. It is then saved on your device only. It is never sent to us. We never see your uni password.
What we collect and why

We do not store your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Who helps us
- Vercel hosts the site and stores the data above. Their servers may be outside the UK, including in the USA.
- Resend sends form messages to our email.
- Google Fonts provides the font on the page.
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix or delete anything we hold about you. Just message us on Instagram. If you're not happy with how we use your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Our reason for using your data: you asked us to contact you (for the form), and it's needed to run the service you asked for (for codes and the cookie).
Terms of use
- Check the official timetable. UniSchedule shows a copy of your timetable from the last time you loaded it. Classes can change at short notice. We are not responsible if you miss or mix up a class.
- Codes are for you. Each code works once, on one device. Please don't share or sell it. We may turn off codes that are shared.
- Use your own login. Only load your own timetable, with your own account. Follow your university's IT rules.
- No promises. We work hard to keep it running, but UniSchedule is provided "as is". It may stop working if the uni changes its timetable website.
- Changes. We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last change.
